Below you will find various e-blast and invitation options for hosting a Continuing Education event. E-blasts can be used as a “save-the-date” or as the formal invitation. E-blasts should be done at least four weeks prior to the event to ensure enough time is allotted for design, revisions, and two weeks of notification to invitees prior to the event. Printed invitations should be done at least six weeks prior to the event to also allow for printing and postal delivery time.
All invitations and e-blasts must be ordered directly through brandworks.

E-blast Pricing
$199 – This includes initial design and one round of revisions. All changes are additional. Please have all pertinent information for the e-blast clearly written as this information will be used in the design as submitted.
Additional $250 for brandworks emailing service. Brandworks will take your Excel spreadsheet of contacts and send the e-blast directly to your attendees.

Postcards include design, customization and printing. Shipping and taxes extra. For an additional fee, brandworks can imprint address and postage, and deliver to the post office.
